No. We recognize that GLP-1 medications can be are valuable tools for many people. Our focus is helping individuals understand what happens metabolically during and after GLP-1 use and providing a structured plan for long-term health.

Not necessarily. If discontinuing medication is appropriate, it should only be done under the medical supervision and according to a personalized plan of your prescribing physician.
This program does not include personalized medical advice/nutrition counseling, it is a GROUP program designed to facilitate learning.

Weight regain is common when GLP-1 medications are stopped without a plan. GLP Rescue is designed specifically to help minimize that risk by addressing nutrition, muscle preservation, hormones, sleep, stress, and lifestyle factors that influence long-term weight maintenance.

Yes. GLP Rescue is designed to provide guidance, education, and support remotely, allowing participants to engage from wherever they are.

LIVE group Zooms are scheduled for 10am PST every Wednesday, and they’re 60-minutes long.
Dr. Sanjay and Karyn rotate hosting these Zooms, i.e., one Wednesday you’ll have Dr. Sanjay, and the next you’ll have Karyn.

It’s best if you can attend these Zooms LIVE; you get a total of 6 with the program. Typically, the more you participate the more you’re going to learn.
However, if you miss a LIVE Zoom you’ll be able to access the recording for up to 7 days within the learning portal.
